The American Bar Association Standing Committee on Legal Assistance for Military Personnel is presenting a webinar entitled Housing Rights for Military Families and Veterans on Tuesday, October 25, 2022 from 12:00 PM-2:45 PM Eastern.

From this presentation, you will learn about federal housing rights that are most relevant to the military  community. Participants will also learn about practical approaches and proactive measures to better safeguard housing rights for tenants, especially for veterans and their families. 

This program is designed for military attorneys working in legal assistance, as well as civilian lawyers whose practices involve servicemember or veteran clients or issues.

Cost: 

$50 for ABA members;

$150 for non-members.

FREE for all military attorneys (Judge Advocates), military paralegals, andcivilians employed by the military who sign-up before the live webinar.

Limited scholarships are available to attorneys who qualify based on financial hardship. Requests for scholarships must be received no later than October 10, 2022. To request a scholarship, contact mary.meixner@americanbar.org.
