Community Legal Services' Annual Pro Bono Awards and celebration will take place on October 20, 2022, from 10am - 12pm. We are a non-profit law firm in Central Florida and our mission is to provide no-cost legal services to the most vulnerable in Central Florida, helping them protect their families, health, and livelihood. This will be our first in-person celebration since 2019 and we are thrilled to be coming together for a brunch at the beautiful Leu Gardens in Orlando, FL.

The ABA's National Pro Bono Celebration theme for 2022 is "Law in Everyday Life", highlighting the ways in which access to legal assistance affects historically excluded and low-income individuals across the country in all aspects of life. The ABA president will be making some opening remarks (virtually) followed by our keynote speaker who will focus on the pioneers (like Virgil Hawkins) who have paved the way for us to do the work our volunteers do to serve our clients. Our awards will follow recognizing members of the private bar, the judiciary, law firms, community partners, and pro bono ambassadors for our mission.
