The Legal Aid Society of Palm Beach County and the Palm Beach County Chapter of FAWL are sponsoring a luncheon where attorneys will be trained in the area of Guardian Advocacy.

When a child turns 18, parents no longer have legal authority to make decisions on their behalf. Guardian Advocacy is a tool that can assist the caregiver of a diasabled adult child in gaining legal authority to continue acting on their love one's behalf.

The training will provide attorneys with the knowledge and ability to file a Guardian Advocacy and represent their client in a Guardian Advocacy case from start to finish.
