Law Students In Court and the DC Mayor’s Office is hosting an Expungement Legal Clinic for low-income residents of DC. Individuals who attend will receive free legal assistance from local attorneys who will help determine whether they are able to seal their records and prepare motions for charges that are eligible for expungement or sealing pursuant to DC’s record sealing statutes.

Note: Attorneys who wish to volunteer must attend and/or watch* LSIC’s expungement training on October 11, 2017, 6-8 pm in the moot courtroom of UDC Law School (4340 Connecticut Avenue NW) or already be trained to seal records in DC.
