For those who have experienced the death of a loved one and want to talk to an attorney and obtain legal advice about probate matters, Legal Aid Center of Southern Nevada has attorneys available to unrepresented individuals going through a probate case.

This program allows you to have up to a 20-minute consultation with one of these attorneys free of charge.

The Probate Ask-A-Lawyer Program is offered once a month, from 1:00 p.m. to 3:00 p.m. You can sign up at the Civil Law Self-Help Center at the Regional Justice Center at 200 Lewis Ave, Downtown Las Vegas
