The Homeless Persons Representation Project (HPRP) will be tabling at the event, offering brief advice and intake appointments for legal issues relating to VA disability benefits, discharge upgrades, and Maryland criminal record expungement. Also offering referrals to other civil legal aid providers for other legal issues.
