The National Immigration Project of the National Lawyers Guild is pleased to offer its members a 4-day court skills training led by CLINIC staff and the National Institute for Trial Advocacy (NITA) faculty. This 4-day training will provide participants with a solid foundation in litigation skills through an intensive training experience with meaningful feedback from experienced litigators and seasoned immigration practitioners, including two retired Immigration Judges.
