Why You Should Attend

This term's Supreme Court plenary docket encompasses a wide range of highly significant constitutional and federal statutory issues. At stake are issues such as fundamental individual constitutional rights, separation of powers, the rights of criminal defendants, and the interpretation of important voting rights and environmental and antitrust statutes. How will the death of Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg and the confirmation of Justice Amy Coney Barrett impact the Court's decisions? Will Chief Justice John Roberts' role change? Will Justice Brett Kavanaugh become the new "center"?

PLI's "23rd Annual Supreme Court Review" will provide an in-depth review and analysis of the October 2020 Term. The faculty consists of constitutional and civil rights experts with a wide range of backgrounds, perspectives, and views. It includes a law school dean, federal circuit and district court judges, a Supreme Court journalist, law school professors, and constitutional litigators.
