Join Julia Simon-Mishel (Philadelphia Legal Assistance), Andrew Stettner (The Century Foundation), and Michele Evermore (National Employment Law Project) for a webinar entitled Centering Workers—How to Modernize Unemployment Insurance Technology, as they share highlights from their soon-to-be-released report bearing the same name. The webinar will be held on October 5, 2020 at 12:00 PM.

The report, which was supported by a grant from the Robert Wood Johnson Foundation, draws lessons from state modernization experiences and recommends user-friendly design and implementation methods for future projects. They will discuss their findings from the project, the evidence-backed need to center claimant experience when improving technology, and recommendations on what can be done now.
