The Executive Office for Immigration Review (EOIR) published a final rule that changes the qualifications for organizations, referral services, and individual attorneys included on the EOIR's pro bono providers list. The list is an important source of representation information for persons in the immigration court system. It is handed out to each individual appearing in immigration court. The panel will discuss the requirements and application process to be on the list; and provide recommendations and tips. The panelists are from EOIR’s Office of Legal Access Programs (OLAP): Steven Lang, Director; Lisa DeCardona, Associate Program Director; Robert Dooley, Program Administrator; and, Peggy Gleason, Acting Assistant Program Director.
