At Current Developments in Federal Civil Practice 2016, a distinguished faculty of trial lawyers and judges will review and offer their insights into significant recent developments, including the new amendments to the Federal Rules which took effect on December 1, 2015. The program will focus on the practical application of these developments for best pretrial and trial practices.

This program will be helpful both to the new lawyer who needs to learn the federal rules, as well as the experienced trial attorney who needs an update on the most recent federal issues and decisions.
