This session will explore ways to reduce and disrupt automatic and biased actions in ourselves and in others with whom we interact. Using interactive roles plays and other activities, participants will explore how and why biased thinking & actions occur and how we can work to eliminate or disrupt the bias and the effects that flow from the bias.
