The training will summarize the immigrant eligibility rules of the various state and federal public benefit programs; examine PRUCOL eligibility status and what it means in the context of New York's public assistance and medical assistance programs; and analyze status verification and potential immigration consequences of the receipt of public benefits, including HASA benefits.
