The program will explain the various devices that are available in Article 10 and ancillary proceedings, the categories of document normally necessary to fully prepare for an Article 10 case, and a review of the relevant case law. Practical advice and strategies for the use of discovery to maximize trial readiness will be discussed. The program will also discuss making and defending against discovery demands and the use of protective orders under the family court act. Sample discovery forms and motions will be provided.
