AILA's Fundamentals of Immigration Law Conference is designed for attorneys who are new to the complex area of immigration law. For over a decade, this conference has helped launch careers and provide a new direction for over 1,600 attorneys who were new to the field. This unique and comprehensive event features two distinct components:

  • 12 Pre-recorded Training Sessions - Listen to them in advance to help set the foundation for the information provided during the live sessions.
  • 16 Live Sessions - The live program will cover all the major areas of immigration law including hot topics such as L visas and Ethics & Money.

  • CLE Credit Comments: AILA has filed for MCLE credits in appropriate jurisdictions. Eligible participants can receive up to 21 CLE credits, including 1.2 ethics credits, depending on the jurisdiction. To receive CLE credit, attorneys must record sessions attended and CLE codes provided at each session via webCLE. More information on specific approvals will be available closer to the conference date. Live attendance must be recorded by August 14, 2015. This deadline does not apply to the Download format.
