On Friday, April 10, at 5:00 pm, the Labor & Employment Committee of the NLG-NYC, the Law Students for Economic Justice and the NLG (Student Chapter) at NYU School of Law are hosting a panel discussion on the legal struggles and successes of campus workers titled Schooling the University: Winning Workplace Justice for Campus Workers. The speakers will cover the rights of interns; organizing student athletes, graduate students, adjuncts, and faculty; and international-student worker rights.

We are offering this panel and two CLE credits for a suggested donation, which will support the Labor & Employment Committee. We are asking lawyers to donate $40, NLG lawyers to donate $20, and $5 from all other attendees. Financial aid is available and non-lawyers are encouraged to attend.

To ensure that we have space for everyone, please register and make a donation as soon as possible: http://goo.gl/forms/duJnVnNt7b.

If you would like to apply for financial aid or have questions, please contact Cristina Gallo at cristina.gallo@gmail.com.

The CLE is part of an all-day conference called "The Corporate University." A description and registration information can be found here: http://thecorporateuniversity.blogspot.com/.
