This program will provide an in-depth overview of new debt collection
rules recently issued by the New York State Office of Court
Administration and the New York State Department of Financial Services,
respectively. The rules concern the duties of debt collectors, including
debt collection attorneys, during both the pre-litigation and litigation
stages of debt collection.
