This session will assist foreclosure practitioners in understanding legal theories,
identifying non-attorney and attorney foreclosure rescue scams, identifying claims,
developing a case, understanding the remedies, understanding the administrative
complaint process at the local, state and federal levels, and understanding the ethical
issues that arise when attorneys are involved in these scams.
