This training offers 2.0 MCLE- there are two registration options.

  1. Register and pay $45 fee (no pro bono service)
  2. Register and attend for free if you agree to take on at least one pro bono case or provide technical assistance (see instructions below).

Pro Bono participants are expected to represent one client in limited scope for the family law portion of the case only. The training will address the family court process and mentorship is available if needed. Attorneys practicing in all areas of law are welcome and will be provided with technical assistance.

If you are an experienced family law attorney, you can sign up to provide technical assistance on one case.

Once you have registered and attended the training, you will be contacted by Joyce Song from Community Legal Services in East Palo Alto to confirm your assignment.
