This training will center on I-751 petitions. While the basics I-751s will be quickly reviewed, the focus will be on more complicated aspects of I-751s including:

• Derivatives
• Filing deadlines and missed filing deadlines;
• Waiver petitions;
• Post-termination of status petitions;
• Removal proceedings;
• Alternative for current or former conditional residents;
• Ethical issues in New York relating to representation of multiple family members.
