Volunteer Lawyers Network and Minnesota Legal Services Coalition present a two part webinar: Assisting Low-Income Clients with Chapter 7 Bankruptcies. This popular two-part seminar is presented by Chapter 7 panel trustees Mary Jo Jensen-Carter and John Hedback. The seminar guides participants through a Chapter 7 bankruptcy filing and is designed for attorneys new to the practice of consumer bankruptcy. Topics include: how to conduct the initial interview; completing the petition; attending the meeting of creditors; and an overview of the schedules and creditors' rights.
