The AIDS Legal Referral Panel will provide this free MCLE training to educate attorneys on the legal issues faced by people living with HIV/AIDS.

What happens when a client's insurance company denies a claim or fails to provide adequate coverage? This training will focus on bad faith litigation, particularly evaluating insurance coverage and handling claims that have risen to the level of bad faith. The training will also outline the ten things attorneys must know to evaluate a client's insurance case.
