If, like most lawyers, you have spent time in the courtroom waiting for your case to be heard, you know that there is a lot to be learned from just watching other cases. We have decided to take that experience one step further with a new program we are calling "Grand Rounds."

Grand Rounds is an opportunity for a small group of new attorneys and attorneys new to family law to observe in the courtroom for part of a morning and then discuss what they saw with an experienced practitioner. It will also include a guided tour of the Probate and Family Court to introduce group members to the various players that may be involved in a family law case.

Participation in Grand Rounds is limited to attorneys who are active in VLP/Senior Partners pro bono cases or projects. We plan to offer these sessions every other month in 2012.
