The AIDS Legal Referral Panel will provide this free MCLE training to educate attorneys on the legal issues faced by people living with HIV/AIDS.

This training will offer an informal discussion regarding the Social Security Disability Insurance (SSDI)/Supplemental Security Income (SSI) eligibility and appeal process. We will focus on the hearing before an Administrative Law Judge and the five step analysis involved in the determination of benefits.
