The AIDS Legal Referral Panel will provide this free MCLE training to educate attorneys on the legal issues faced by people living with HIV/AIDS.

Learn the basics of bankruptcy practice from experienced bankruptcy attorneys. Discussion will focus on representation of Chapter 7 and Chapter 13 individual consumers with a bit of business and creditor tips thrown in.
