The AIDS Legal Referral Panel will provide this free MCLE training to educate attorneys on the legal issues faced by people living with HIV/AIDS.

HIV/AIDS Discrimination in Employment

The MCLE will focus on state law FEHA claims for employment discrimination and wrongful termination based on an employee's HIV/AIDS status.

This training will be presented by Ryan Vlasak, Esq., Bracamontes & Vlasak, P.C.
