Eligibility for public benefits for non-citizens is complicated. Su Sie Ju (Bread for the City) will provide an overview of immigrant eligibility for public benefit programs. Anna Priddy (Whitman-Walker Health), an experienced immigration attorney, will provide an overview of common immigration statuses for DC area residents and the public charge ground of inadmissibility.
