The South Asian Bar Association of Northern California (SABA-NC), in partnership with the ICC, PACC, and the Department of Managed Healthcare, is proud to present a "Know Your Rights" Legal Seminar re: Healthcare.

"Know Your Rights" seminars are completely FREE and are designed to educate and raise awareness among community members about their legal rights.

This seminar will cover:

* Patient healthcare rights under California law
* Dealing with your HMO and Blue Cross/Blue Shield PPO
* Important changes under federal healthcare reform

The seminar will be held on Sunday, January 9th, 2010, 2-3 pm at the India Community Center (ICC) - 525 Los Coches Street, Milpitas, CA.
