Thousands of tenants in D.C. only maintain their housing because it is subsidized through Public Housing or the Section 8 Housing Choice Voucher Program. Those programs have their own set of rules and often present a difficult labyrinth that tenants must navigate in order to keep their subsidy. This training will provide an overview of these programs and how they interact with D.C. landlord/tenant law.
