Attorneys will be trained to represent inMotion-referred clients in complex child and spousal support proceedings in Family Court. Topics will include: discovery tools, willfulness hearings, enforcement remedies, imputed income, and support in split and shared custody matters. Procedural and substantive aspects will be discussed in detail. Training manuals and sample documents will be provided at the training.

<br />This training is open to attorneys who are currently working on inMotion support or contested divorce cases and is appropriate for attorneys who have prior experience or training in support matters. Non-profit legal service providers are welcome to attend on an as-space-is-available basis.
