Philadelphia VIP will host an Ethics CLE training program on Friday, December 3, 2010, from 12:00pm-2:15pm Eastern.

Presented in a lively and interactive format, this training includes a discussion of Rule 6.1: Pro Bono Publico Service, the role of training in ethical representation, malpractice insurance, models for pro bono participation, and ethical considerations for volunteer attorneys. Special considerations in the representation of low income clients will also be explored.

The event will be held at Ballard Spahr, 1735 Market Street, 51st Floor, Philadelphia.

Each attorney who attends and accepts a VIP pro bono case within 6 months of the training will earn two substantive CLE credits.
