The New York State Courts' Access to Justice Program, in partnership with the Nassau County Bar Association, is offering four hours of free CLE training in foreclosure assistance to those who agree to volunteer to assist New Yorkers of moderate means who are facing foreclosure.

  • CLE Credit Comments: Four free transitional or experienced CLE credits, including 3.5 skills and .5 ethics, is offered to those who volunteer twelve hours over the next year in the NYS Courts Foreclosure Assistance programs, assisting New Yorkers of limited means who are facing foreclosure.
