Reforming the immigration system has been a primary domestic policy issue and source of intense debate in recent years. U.S. treatment of foreign nationals and their role in our communities and our economy is an emotionally charged topic for many. This program will address the potential for reform of the immigration system-in particular the removal adjudication system-from the perspectives of experts from the courts, government, and private practice. Panelists will discuss a range of proposed legislative and administrative solutions and their prospects. This is a complimentary CLE program.
