If you are Haitian and have been present in the U.S since or before January 12th, 2010, you may qualify for TPS and receive the following services:


• Help with TPS applications
• Help with work authorization applications
• Help with Fee waiver applications
• Attorney representation


Caution: not everyone is eligible for TPS. If you have ever been arrested or have a criminal record please seek legal counsel
