In this seminar, participants will learn about the different grounds of inadmissibility, who is subject to those grounds and why, who bears the burden of proving admissibility, and which grounds can be waived. Participants will also learn about the requirements for waivers of misrepresentation, unlawful presence, and certain crimes, and how to prepare a successful waiver application.
