A panel of skilled domestic relations attorneys and a probate judge provides you with up-to-date language and approaches to drafting cutting edge, effective documents. In additional they guide you through negotiating agreements and provide tips for enhancing your skills, identifying potential problem areas, and selecting the proper language to utilize for your particular needs. The special course materials contain extensive sample clauses to incorporate into your daily practice.
