Law Center for Families, Superior Court of California, County of Alameda and Alameda County Bar Association Volunteer Legal Services Corporation is a collaborative that provides assistance to clients in court during the Family Law pro per calendar. This training will cover common legal issues faced by clients representing themselves in family law court, including preparing Findings and Orders After Hearing, Reissuance, Issues of Service and Custody and Visitation. The training will also prepare attorneys to volunteer at this clinic.

  • CLE Credit Comments: One (1) MCLE credit is offered in exchange for commitment to volunteer at the clinic at least once quarterly in 2008.
