Prerequisites:

***Attorneys must have completed VAWA Self-petitions and Battered Spouse Waivers--Part 1 to be eligible to take this course. ***

Only open to corporate law firm attorneys who have previously handled an inMotion immigration case and who are willing to represent one of our clients during the adjustment phase of their case.

This training is designed to help pro bono attorneys effectively represent their inMotion referred VAWA clients during the adjustment phase of her case. Procedural and substantive aspects of these cases will be discussed in detail. Training manual and sample documents provided.
