A Family Law Course Important for Every Attorney who has Handled or Wants to Handle Family Law Cases!

"Representing a Special Needs Client in Family Law Cases"

Divorce and family law issues can be both emotional and financially complicated matters. The issues involved in a divorce are not easily dealt with and issues become further complicated if you are representing clients with special needs.

Add in the extra considerations that arise when your client has physical or mental disabilities, and suddenly the situation can seem overwhelming. This course will address these concerns and provide an overview of the statutes that will guide your representation.

Join us to learn:

  • How to be an effective advocate when representing special needs clients
  • How State and federal statutes impact your client's case
  • Examples of cases and their outcomes.
