Attorneys will be trained to represent inMotion clients in uncontested divorce proceedings. Procedural and substantive aspects will be discussed in detail. A training manual and sample documents will be provided.

An uncontested divorce case will be assigned at the training or shortly thereafter. Attorneys can work on the case individually or as part of a team of two or more attorneys. The assigned pro bono case will not require court appearances; judgment is granted following the submission of the appropriate documents.
