Attorneys will be trained to represent inMotion clients in complex child and spousal support proceedings in Family Court. Topics include: discovery tools, willfulness hearings, enforcement remedies, imputed income, and support in split and shared custody matters. Procedural and substantive aspects will be discussed in detail. Training manuals and sample documents will be provided.

A child and/or spousal support case will be assigned at the training or shortly thereafter. Attorneys can work on the case individually or as part of a team of two or more attorneys. The assigned pro bono case will require one or more court appearances.
