The Nuts and Bolts of Domestic Violence Restraining Orders: Experts in the field and partners in our Domestic Violence Collaborative will explain the restraining order process, issues involving the cyle of domestic violence and step by step procedures for your limited scope representation. You will be asked to take 2 cases for representation at the clients permanent restraining order hearing which is a short hearing which includes preparing orders after hearing, including child custody, visitation and child support. You will receive a training manual and a mentor will be assigned to you.
