Nine hours of CLE credit is offered for our "Fundamentals of Residential Landlord-Tenant Law" training course, including one credit hour of ethics. This required course is taught by experts in this field. In exchange for the credit, attorneys commit to volunteering in one of the Housing Court's Resource Centers for a minimum of twelve hours over the course of one year.

  • CLE Credit Comments: This is a video replay. Attorneys admitted to the NY State Bar for less than two years cannot receive CLE credit for watching video replays, but are welcome to participate in the VLP.
