Legal Services for Seniors is a nonprofit organization providing legal assistance and representation to Monterey County seniors (60 years of age and above) at no charge. LSS can help with: consumer fraud, debt collection problems, physical abuse, Medicare, Medi-cal and private health insurance problems, financial elder abuse, housing rights, social security, advanced health care directives, wills, identity theft, scams, grandparent/relative guardianships, and much more.
LSS provides weekly legal outreach in South Monterey County (King City, Greenfield, Soledad, and Gonzales); North Monterey County (Castroville and Prunedale) and on the Monterey Peninsula (Carmel Valley, Monterey, Pacific Grove, and Carmel.) Call our offices for locations, dates and times.
